post in reverse chronological order (newest stuff on top - so we don't have to scroll down so much)
put a horizontal line after each section so you can tell where each begins or ends
horizontal rule is the blue bar on the edit panel above.
make your images a decent size
include captions or text describing the image or images
don't post files-
post images and text (keep files in your Google Docs)
Use the 'snipping' tool to get a small screen shot of what you want to show

RE digest gel
1st PCR gel image
2nd PCR gel image - (red or green)
Your WikiPage should have
images gels (well annotated), other images of research (not just text!)
brief summary on what you have done each week
